Divya Utreja is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with the RCI and has an experience of more than 2 years as a Clinical Psychologist (Gold Medalist) and 4 years as a Counselling Psychologist and is UGC-NET (Psychology) qualified.
She is the Founder and Clinical Psychologist at QInsight Healthcare, dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. She has previously worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Max Hospital (Gurugram) and as a Clinical Director at Santulan Clinic (Gurugram) and has experience in providing therapeutic and assessment services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns, training interns, facilitating a pan-India team of counseling psychologists, and conducting workshops and critical incident stress management meetings for various organizations.
As a Clinical Psychologist, she follows an eclectic approach and offers tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups (combining Metacognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and others), psychological and neuropsychological assessment services, and corporate and school workshops.
She is a Professional Life Member and Joint Secretary of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP), a Pan-India association of Clinical Psychologists.
